One of the recent patent references made by flipper44 indicated that in certain embodiments a purity of up to 100% is possible for DC selection. The only way I know this might be done is with this chip technology after tangential flow filtration. The claim with tangential flow filtration was into the ~85%+ range purity for precursors if I remember correctly. When I was reading about Fraunhofer I came across their claim of cell selectivity by way of chip technology. When I read their claim to have improved DCVax-L it just made sense that they made this improvement as Linda Powers said they were working with the Germans to develop a closed system process for L and NWBO already had TFF. Again, I know of no other way possible to get up to 100% purity unless they were to implement this. Best wishes.
