Tickers go up and tickers go down. Right now USEI is bottoming. So, if not now, then when?

What exactly is "going on"? Company saying one thing, posters crying bloody murder. Who's right? Neither.

Bottom line. USEI is in trips and trades thin. Get a low average and wait. I don't talk for low shares. I'm gonna win either way. I'm not a doctor, but I have a lot of patience.
