In my opinion, made in Korea again. Just put in a simple enclosure. Also made by RFHIC the exact same part number.
In my opinion, if they made this, how can the specs by identical. This just does not happen. Do they select the exact same devices and build with the exact same design? http://rfhic.com/eng/prod/view.html?idx=198

This uses wideband GaN devices from Qorvo, Wolfspeed and MACOM. US Companies.

There is no evidence on AmpliTech's website that they use GaN devices other than the product they appear to be getting from Korea.

GaN Devices need a completely different assembly technique. They need to be eutectic bonded or they will fail. They need completely different regulators. Again, in my opinion, It is not similar to an AmpliTech product.
