Great points Casper!! I'm with you 100% and with Roger & Co. 100%! Roger has created a "DIVERSE" company to strengthen potential weakness or a setback in one subsidiary. And....the really great news is he is not done diversifying!!! Roger know one of his unique skills is in finding and acquiring great companies at excellent prices! Having been in thousands of different stocks over 35 years, I'm unable to recall any CEO who was more talented in making sensational acquisitions! I have no reason to believe he will not continue to grow Amfil Technologies, Inc. considerably going forward with many more excellent acquisitions, in addition to organic growth as well.

Natural Stuff Inc. has already proven to be growing at a tremendous rate since Roger acquired it and new products and distributors are only going to accelerate that growth imho. IK is soon going to be spun off and we are going to see how valuable our dividend shares are going to be possibly later this year or at whatever time it begins trading publicly. My personal wish is for the total shares outstanding in IK to be less than 100 million shares to allow it to grow measurable earnings per share much sooner than if the OS is 200-300 million shares. And I hope an accretive acquisition will be added to it prior to trading.

GRO3 Systems has potential to be huge, but in my investing decision to buy big into Amfil, this subsidiary played a very small role as it had no revenues at the time. If it does become huge that's wonderful, but if for some reason, maybe too much competition in other products and or pricing, it only brings in limited revenue I can accept that, believing the other existing subsidiaries are worth much more than is currently priced into the stock.

I love your comment Casper "Roger is aggressive and he honestly has wowed me!" because you have perfectly summed up the biggest reason I have bought in large into AMFE!!!

Thanks so much for your post Casper and Cheers for the week ahead....with hopes for the signed audit a good possibility, but even if it doesn't happen this week it won't change the number of shares I continue to hold....unless I'm tempted to add more due to any further drop of consequence. tuna

For me it's AMFE FOR LIFE and for a FUTURE NASDAQ RESIDENCE!!!
