Same. I am about 80% in as of early last week. A neutral/slight down week. One of my positives is utilities FSUTX which I picked up at the end of Jan. I will probably exit tomorrow. The Fed is expected to raise interest rates this week...which I just read about. Should have exited Friday. The Fed schedule this year

Jan. 30-31;
March 20-21;
May 1-2;
June 12-13;
July 31-Aug. 1;
Sept. 25-26;
Nov. 7-8;
Dec. 18-19; and
Jan. 29-30, 2019.
