Respectfully, I don't want to cause anyone to have a heart attack (me included), but if ANDI can achieve the minimum valuation of what exists or is being considered for Xiaomi Corp as you have stated, then ANDI would be worth far more than those dollar figures that you stated.

Respectfully, read this ANDI/Utopya valuation post below and use the Substitution Property and you can even consider the OS being 3 billion shares as a worst case scenario as you have stated:

After doing the math, with considering the use of the Substitution Property, the valuation for ANDI/Utopya would still be worth quite a few dollars even if they were to achieve generating 10 times less than those numbers you posted.

I think we are in very good hands here with ANDI/Utopya.
