Well I can tell you from experience there is typically no news he puts out. What he does do is start getting all the filings in order right out of the gate to get it pink current and remove the stop sign. Then we get reinstated and start the merge in process. See timing on CYPE, same thing. Filings came right away, then things heated up even more....
