i doubt that. But, if so, there are only a few people it could be. More likely, it is just plain dilution. Some will try to say that dilution only occurs when 10s of millions of shares are dumped all at once. That used to be the case. but, the smarter way now in vogue is to consistently dole out a million or two today, a million or two tomorrow and so on and so on. After all, a million shares at just a penny nets $10,000.00

That method nets $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 a week and flies under the radar. Its nothing more than "Boiling the frog slowly."
