Well hold up. I said I think there is something more going on...which I believe to be dilution of some sort, but I don’t think that means scam. The names associated with this stock have good names and reputations which I believe they would want to uphold. Not your typical OTC scammers. Only on the OTC I believe because they wanted a public company that they can uplist in a year, so they needed a shell company that has been around long enough to meet that nasdaq requirement. I also believe Mike stated no dilution in the early public stages of this company because that is what shareholders wanted to hear. They probably realized they needed more capital to work and can’t completely rely on Darryl and/or friends and family so they have to sell stock. I’m ok with that. Company just needs to come out and be honest about how much stock is being sold and what the money is being used to finance. Show me some details about the phone and if it looks good you go right ahead and sell shares to develop and produce. Gotta spend money to make money, I just think the next few weeks will be a real turning point for this stock. Either we start getting answers and details about SS and phones and stock rises to where we all think it’s going or they continue to hide things and we continue to tread water and slowly bleed. I still believe in UTOP, they are very transparent about a lot of things but need to open up TA and info on SS. Also show us some phones!!!
