$IHSI theories.......

We all know there are many things happening here. What we don't know is if any of them will benefit IHSI shareholders or just the insiders. More than likely we are screwed and they make out. Here's what we know so far and please add anything I missed.....

*BVTK (Tom Celluchi) is behind and connected in some way with all these movements.

*BVTK (Tom Celluchi) and DarkPulse (Dennis Oleary) seem to be moving as one. So after Oleary announced his plans to "merge" DarkPulse into a non related company I'm comfortable in ruling out BVTK.

*Devon and Phillip (IHSI) seem to be moving together with the Celluchi clan and this does not include David Singer. They formed DP Telecom on their own. They also are directly connected to Blockchain Energy (BEI) which is now VTXB along with Bob Widner (owner of tripac and what was Fazync, llc). Fazync was purchased by IHSI and is now spun into BEI along with Tripac. Both Devon and Phillip are on the board of BEI and will benefit personally from BEI directly as well as indirectly through IHSI.

*Helpcomm was purchased by BVTK (Celluchi) and is currently a private company operating out of Virginia. The "comm" part of Helpcomm is for Telecommunications along with the "telcom" of DP Telecom.

*We know that Celluchi (BVTK) is now connected to DP Telecom not just by owning Helpcomm but because he is funding DP Telecom directly with $200,000.

So with all this said, my IHSI direct connection is Helpcomm at this point and not darkpulse. Devon said no DP Telecom is not under IHSI "for now" (or something to that effect)
