AFPW - that is definitely the official twitter page for the AFPW CEO.

The last 2 days of trading there pretty much went as I expected (ugly ugly ugly). Everything about the AFPW pump (which was led by the AFPW CEO on twitter) was just one red flag after another

To me it is just common sense.

I don't consider Dark Pulse Technology to be a respectable private company. They have already entered into a "joint venture" with Bravatek Solutions Inc (BVTK).

Now think about this.

DarkPulse tweets that they have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) because they have entered into talks with a Public Company about a possible reverse merger.

The first thing the AFPW CEO does is re-tweet the DarkPulse tweet about the NDA.

Then AFPW puts out a tweet of their own saying that AFPW has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement because they have entered into reverse merger talks with a private company.

Both sides sign Non-Disclosure agreements then the first thing they both do is disclose the information to the public. That's a conscious effort by both parties to do exactly the opposite of what you are supposed to do when you sign an NDA.

Why would that be?

The answer seems pretty obvious to me. The "reverse merger" talks are just a ruse. DarkPulse is not seriously considering a reverse merger into the AFPW shell. It was all just a ploy to create volume so that the AFPW note holders could convert and dump stock into the market.

The reverse merger speculation created by the AFPW CEO is all just a lie in my opinion. Just like the "voluntary filer" statement is false. And a bunch of the statements about the debt situation were false and misleading. And to be honest I'm not even sure the TA is ungagged like the CEO claims. I emailed them and got no response back at all.

So yeah I saw lots of red flags with everything the AFPW CEO was saying on twitter and I'm not the least bit surprised that since my post the AFPW share price has dropped from $.0005/share to $.0002/share (even tapping $.0001/share a couple times on Friday).
