Proto. Do you know the discount LWLG is giving, if they are selling under this agreement. Or is this arrangement like an ATM. It still sounds like an offering may be coming soon. If so, it could be under a buck a share, unless they plan on releasing news to get price up soon. Dollars needed by September normally would have been already done by now.
