i emailed etrade yesterday asking if the had an update on the tender offer payout, because it had been more that 5 days since i asked for early payout- their response below:

Dear xxxx,

Thank you for your message regarding your account XXXX.

I understand your uncertainty in this matter. At this time we have not yet received payment for the tender offer. Generally, payment is received 1 - 2 weeks after the date on which the tender is completed (4/16/2018 in this case). Once payment is received, E*TRADE will update your portfolio.

so, 1 to 2 weeks after 4/16 i guess according to the above. still a long way out.
