EXACTLY! So this ought to put to bed the value or lack there of but it closes out the vague and often misinterpretation of value. As yes it is escrow that receives Indemnity but pursuant to Citing the plan your shares where canceled, But indemnity was giving and markers placed so the PARAGRAPHS BECOME A MUTE POINT AS WRITTEN >>>>PERIOD !

For all then..... why are we all still arguing this point? The evidence of cancel or not is mute because those paragraphs mean nothing as I see it. The paragraphs are always cited but the underlying value is third partied.
