You are correct 2Have. I have contacted Mr. Smith.

CDx tried to get a default judgment before even performing legal service process on Mr. Smith - CDx tried to get a default judgement by falsely claiming they had served Mr. Smith a copy of the complaint as required by law, when in fact they had not served him at all and Mr. Smith had no idea he was being sued. When Mr. Smith and the Court were made aware of this shady behavior, the suit was DISMISSED BY CDX.

Good indication of what might become of the current lawsuit against Dewald and Sanzeri.
