This is phase 2 of their strategy with the noteholders!!!

Noteholders control this equity and first step was to sell off assets..

2nd step was to raise AS.

3rd step was to acquire non public entity.. this should create some value here.. Novus Capital was set to acquire some assets from another nano company. Could they be positioning to insert an operating entity into the very clean QSIM shell..

Actions and tight float smell of M & A coming!!!
