The way I see it is there's at least a handful of next steps coming NF>>>

1. CEO Kovacevic receiving the commercial prototype of the Pegasus 5000 power saving unit and immediately begin testing it and finalizing the design specifications and completing all the quality control elements on it.

2. Securing a China manufacturing deal or securing FERN's own manufacturing facility in order to hit the ground running on full commercialization.

3. Securing Purchase Orders.

4. Securing Purchase Order financing that is 100% based on the purchase orders received thus avoiding any need of the CEO securing typical OTC dilutive funding.

5. Launching full scale advertising, branding and commercialization all over the world and targeting mining farms throughout China/Asia where 2/3rds of the worlds crypto mining is presently occurring.
