I was referring to the year-end K.


Just to be clear, the Q4-2017 filing - the 10K - isn't due yet. Due date: MON 2 Apr 2018. Likely to be extended by 15 days (which is standard for the K. 5 days is standard for the Q).

MYDX is completely up to date with SEC filings. Last year's 10K was audited. Both of these statements are rare for OTC companies.
