It was originally made up with their first registration offering in September, but I don't know what that "Exchange" line said before now as I've never seen that. Their registration filing does not list that line so I don't know what they put down for that spot when they filed it. It's possible it originally said OTC but has since been updated to say Nasdaq? However, if they would have updated that line, you would think they would have updated the number of shares registered and offered, which have since changed twice.
