I think ANDI/UTOP will post the News , "assuming" the LOI is still in full force/on the table ...or perhaps a combined Pr that both..Consummation of the Deal with CLEC Holding, Inc. & the First Acquisition by CLEC Holding, Inc. is Completed..!!?!
