March 13 disclosure said O/S was the long reported 8.165B as of March 17 (which is goofy in itself) and that Sterling Global sold their debt to Ambrose & Keith. Now this report says O/S as of December 31, 2017 was 2.665B and that Sterling Global sold to Emry Capital.

I don't think they are helping themselves any with FINRA.
