Common sense will tell you if your trying to produce a multi million dollar project and don't have the capital to afford it. You can't do it. You need a merger or buyer that can fulfill that need. Without that this stock will go nowhere. Invest lightly until you get this kind of news or else you will regret it. Experience is the best teacher. FDA approval doesn't mean anything either until the capital is in place to produce. In other words don't listen to the bs press release. Watch the market capital to see if the company can back up what they talk about.
