Talked to Brian today. There’s 3 Note holders. Careborn, Powerup & Crown.

- Careborn - the significant note holder and is in discussions to resolve with debt purchaser.
- Crown - 1/1 notes converted
- Powerup - About $20k left

With Careborn in discussions, Crown being finished & Powerup with barely anything left we could be debt free as soon as tomorrow! Bring on the catalysts on a debt free company and we see .10+! - LIBE
