After reading and re-reading this, I believe I misread the intent. Shareholders will receive shares of the NEW company AFTER IK spins-off. Not new shares AND additional AMFE share.

My mistake. This one is on me. Sorry to the board.

Upon spin-off of Interloc-Kings, AMFE is paying out dividend shares to shareholders who own by unknown date yet (as all rest on the audit completion). This is to compensate for the lost value being taken from AMFE from losing the Interloc-Kings subsidiary
