Fair enough. We will see what happens this go around.

But so far the half assets disclosure we have seen has been no good for investors.

If it's debt converting, bad. If a mystery party with free shares selling, worse. Theyd be the party deterorating the VWAP.

Bertsos didn't disclose when or to whom 929 million shares went.

While the public thought the entire OS was 30M, tops.

This is highly problematic.
