In these Articles there should be something more substantial than "there were flawed parts". Which parts? How are they flawed? It does make a difference. Are we talking about a screw that was left out of a license plate holder or a broken axle? Did some of the flawed parts come from outside suppliers? Are the problems being addressed and now there are less of these mysterious flaws?

I can just imagine some of the authors of these articles as Washington Correspondents, standing out side the White House and saying "something is wrong here, film at eleven".
