CONFIRMED LOCK-OUT ON NOTES OR BUY OUTRIGHT:

Liberated Energy, Inc., Stock Symbol: LIBE Not yet. I hope to PR the results of the deal that is made with our lenders as soon as it's "done" Getting the buyer and the seller together on calls has been an issue. We've discussed buying the debt outright, forgiving half and a 180 day lockout with first option to buy the balance, and a performance based deal (that's where the company hits certain milestones and portions are forgiven).
