exactly. they always expect companies to buckle and go away, if they even show up. not only has dbmm shown up, but brings with it mitigating circumstances that have merit. the suspension was premature when compared to all the other companies that have been suspended for not filing. but Asher PR triggered SEC/FINRA stepping in. And the whole asher lawsuit is based on the fact they couldn't convert because dbmm was behind in its filing which was through no fault of their own, but an auditor issue. all asher had to do was wait till the audit was done and then business as usual.. instead they filed lawsuit and imo hampered/delayed dbmm being able to get more funding ie: wealth office, etc.

as you said, someone(s) put up $ for super 10k etc, obviously they didn't do it for 'free' and feel dbmm has a strong future ahead.
