All kinds of other things could be happening.


Maybe the board is focusing their efforts right now on firing Huff and finding interim management to get through the SEC investigation, and Huff is busy negotiating the best possible severance package.


Or maybe everyone on the board but Huff is consumed with trying to figure out how in the hell to jump ship without getting sued.
