I guess nothing would surprise me, but this seems like something that would be blatantly illegal, and even in the OTC markets would get you a call from a friendly government official. I always assumed that these small trades are just the MMs painting the tape. The action these last few days is typical for ZIVO, and yet something feels different. There's not the mad rush to the exit. And those OTCX trades are a strange development. Their own web site says they're more geared for the buy side?
