That is weird. It's nice that you didn't get totally screwed on a market buy. I feel like we saw some wild 10-20% swings back when we were at 10 cents due to what we figured were "market" buy or sell orders. So maybe some stabilization is occurring?
I've thought about buying more, but TDameritrade is making it difficult. since scottrade switched over, apparently they "forgot" my bank details so I had to connect them again so I could make transfers. One way they do that is making two small deposits into your bank account and you go to the broker account and enter what they were. Well, silly me connected both my brokerage account and IRA at the same time. So all four deposits hit my bank account at once. I had to try and guess which two went with which account. I failed on the first account and guessed wrong 3 times so they are making me start over. I got it right in my IRA though. You might think it was 1-2, 3-4? No, the correct answer is 1st and 4th deposit for my brokerage account, 2nd and 3rd for my IRA. Anyway, that has not much to do with anything other than possibly a chuckle for the day. Now I have to wait two days to get my brokerage account linked again. They'll just have to wait until next week to get their stupid margin call of $32 for their "mandatory reorganization fee" for Virtra. It doesn't say how long they'll give me before they start selling something to cover it.
