Clearly you see that pretend 103m O/S number provided is purely fiction and after the rights offering the O/S was ballooned to 114million?

the difference of 1 million shares of dilution and 21 million shares, makes shareholders sick considering most of those shares diluted could have been in the upper teens?

And that clearly makes dilution in less than 1 year 4 million dollars, which only appears dumb when you realize Oncolix blew through it and is broke again?
