Lucky,..is not 68% of NSM's 98M shares being Acquired using all CASH and then voided and the remaining 32% stake being Merged into WAND, with the merged NSM then becoming a sub of WMIH.

As the term states, M&A, can occur in combination also as i believe is the case. In any event, what "Company" would WAND be acquiring these assets from and what assets would they be supposedly acquiring???

As for DB's involvement that IMO is pretty obvious, they're a BANK, that's what banks do!
