Can someone please clarify? So ANDI (UTOP) is looking to acquire "CLEC Holding, Inc" who is looking to acquire more CLEC's (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier's)in the next 10 days? This is absolutely confusing.

If this is the case, I'm assuming by doing this deal, it will allow for UTOP to be able to get it's phones into these Competitive Local Exchange Carrier stores?
