Conflict of interest at the BAR?......LINKS

I was looking at forum where the topic was Kyle's involvement with GME's wreck site. Posted was the email Kyle sent to Parsons wanting to allow the foundation to fund the salvage.

So the topic always comes back to Florida and their NOT issuing recover permits. Someone suggested Parsons as a member of the RPA is not allowed to be involved with an entity that contracts with commercial salvors. The blogger even challenged folks to check for themselves, which I did.

1.2 An archaeologist shall not:

*knowingly be involved in the recovery or excavation of artifacts for commercial exploitation, or knowingly be employed by or knowingly contract with an individual or entity who recovers or excavates archaeological artifacts for commercial exploitation.
