I don't understand why it's so hard to consider dilution is in play. ANDI/UTOP has no revenue but they are spending money. Who really believes Mike simply says to DVG "We're going to Vegas and Barcelona...write us a check please"

And now this new deal (pending) with CLEC? A shares transaction? Some are restricted but some are not.

My point >> the company raising money by issuing and selling shares may be a good thing -- not necessarily a bad thing . But it's still dilution. If the dilution adds growth and revenue down the road. Who cares?
