-Keough has not refiled

-Keough will likely refile (Put up or Shut Up!) which will Temporarily lower Vidermas PPS

-Lawyers will fight it out, Negotiate etc...

-There is NO WAY that Viaderma will give up what they have here.

-Worst case scenario IN MY OPINION is that Viaderma will have to pay off Keough a Million bucks just to shut him up.

It seems that Keough has a history of this behavior. Nothing more than an Ambulance Chaser waiting for a payout. Then on to the next one!
