Xnrgi Solutions LLC can be found in the State of New Jersey Business Records Service.
All this information has been posted on this board already.
It certainly appears that D'Couto and the directors are proceeding with XNRGI and ignoring Neah. AS has been posted several times, Neah's press release on May 17,2017 states we will ," escape the "penny-stock" oppressive share price of the OTCBB capitalization and build real value."
Glad to hear they have resubmitted their business license in Nevada and I hope this scenario plays out differently than it appears it is heading.
