I believe I figured it out...

Miro is the President appointed by MMG during the turn-around of both EEGI and PSR#(U). Miro signed as President of both companies on the filings because he was acting President appointed at that time.

Check out the History tab and the filing with the SEC dated 6/20/17 "Initial Filing"
