No one can say this is a profitable company. There is no proof of one dime in income. Brewer promised no less than six times, directly to shareholders, that an audit would soon be produced. He broke that promise each and every time. His last word on the subject makes it pretty obvious that there will never be an audit.

No audit = no proof.
