COWI - eom.

I bought COWI for the first time on March 17, 2016. Perhaps that is the most meaningful "store" of all? If the passage really means being "in a store" three times, not four - 2016 - 2017 - 2018 - then I am "entering" the store on March 16, 2018. What am I buying? The opportunity to sell? I'll take it. (March 21, 2018 is the Persian New Year, Nowruz.)
