We still do not know much about this new structure and the financial arrangement that allowed this acquisition but after my exchanges with Mr Taylor COO of Bridgeport it seems we will have to wait until the end of Q2 to know more

Please forgive me, I’ve been away on business for the last 6 days. As I’m led to believe, some 2 - 3 billion shares are churning at levels near to 0001 and 0002. I do not buy or sell the security.
At this point FLSRs interim cfo is tasked with producing over 2 fiscal years of audited financials for SEC/ EDGAR.
Upon the SECs acceptance of the filings, new management will address the market equity and file accordingly with FINRA. Our expectations are to complete this by the end of the 2nd Qtr 2018.
