Agree, I have said many times before my biggest concern is DELAY and more DELAY. I am still long and strong keep more than 6 years... I hope the decision will be vacated PTAB, If PTAB did not do the right thing why have to remand back to them? Cost more time and money, if this panel judges think they need to remand to PTAB , they should not be seated in the court, in my opinion, the decision should be Right or Wrong, no remand needed!
