Not so. There is not one iota of proof that the company is profitable. In order to assume it is profitable, one would have to accept the word of Brewer; who has broken promises to shareholders numerous times and has flat out lied about the audit numerous times. IoSoft is a dead issue, just like all their other subsidiaries. There is a reason the PRs are always vague.

They have always be very vague in their PRs.
Don't forget, iosoft is a cherry. The entire cake still remains intact and profitable.
