It was somewhat of a big risk until a week or two ago. Mphase just restructured it's debt. They had toxic debt that they were actually paying off over the last 2 years, but the company eliminated legal problems with the creditor and agreed to conventional payments - essentially making this a clean shell.

There should be a bump in price just because someone is taking a dead company and breathing life into it. If the deal falls through, a clean shell should be worth more than it's current share price.

Notice that the selling here is often anywhere from 20k shares to 200 shares. All less than a typical brokerage fee. The price is being kept at .0001 for reasons of accumulation. Even 100k sell is only $10. I personally am still buying at .0002, but slowly. I am more than willing to take another 3% of the company at .0001.
