I sure hope not but I guess you are right they do have a boatload of shares o/s and to grow PPS to $2-$3 range for listing requirements of nasdaq it would take market cap of a billion $$, maybe there are exceptions on PPS for higher market caps

the great hope is that POETF Dielectric Platform is the real deal and the Optical Engines builds, and the Transceiver build are successful in 2018 and ramp into huge commercial sales which would organically support the move to nasdaq w/o any r/s

I'm guessing we are going to get a clearer picture of where the developments really stand from Dr Ring at he upcoming PIC April 10-11, hoping that they post a video of his discussion
