There is no justification for unlawful action and The Judge agrees.

The defendants only way to avoid court was to attempt to remedy the case against them so they motioned the demurmer.

The Judge OVERRULED the demurmer on ALL possible counts. Now, the only way the defendants can avoid court and possible jail time is to settle and throw everyone else under the bus. If the defendants thought they were innocent, why not go straight to court like MYDX? Why would they try to avoid court? The Judge ruled in favor of MYDX saying that their evidence IS sufficient against the defense. I wonder how many millions on top of the 29 will be added for damages.
