One chapter closed and another begins.
I'm not going to sugar coat this, as I have always really tried to refrain from doing so. Rock's analogy of an ant pushing a boulder up a hill is very symbolically appropriate. And I have no personal knowledge currently that would change the size of the boulder.
Things I am looking to see happen, or not that will be telling to me in the next few days, weeks.
1). I do not want to see any anouncements of BOD or key management resignations. (Rats fleeing ship image).
2). I do want to see updates....and a ton of them.
3). I want to see a letter from Huff and another from Dumas, with very specific agendas outlined in details.
4). I want a very specific disclosure of the exact SEC investigation issues, and any others that they may potentially want to deal with.
5). I want a best guess, at worst case, guidance on when said SEC investigation might be concluded.
6). I want to know how reasonably soon we might get off the pinks and onto the OTC.
7). I want to know why the company decided finally not to appeal the AMEX decision to the SEC, which they were entitled to do.
8). I want to know what are the specific charges that the AMEX leveled against GTE that triggered each violation...who, what, when and why.
9). I want to know that this bag holder can be made whole in my life time and why.
10). Or why not?
