I agree it would be nice to have a sound understanding of the OS increase.

Is it Phoenix or is it Reg A funds - I don't know.

Phoenix has to be close to being done and if not then we assume lawyers will stop them in the near future.

Lets just assume Phoenix is 100% completely removed from picture and are no longer dumping shares.

Until revenues kick in WRFX has to pay the bills, which are increasing as company continues ramping up product sales, paying legal fees to stop Phoenix, and take legal steps protecting their intellectual property.

Only way to do that right now is to give Blackbridge compensation for the money they give WRFX. That compensation can take many possible forms, including issuing additional common stock.

So yes, I expect the OS to continue to increase, especially in the near future.

The million dollar question is when will revenues kick in to pay expenses and reduce the need for outside funding.

No one here can give that answer.
We all hope ASAP so WRFX can minimize their utilization of the $7.5 million Blackbridge funds, so we see the increase in shareholder value.
