OS increasing; is that coming from Reg A?

the Phoenix Fund Management issues is old; they only have 800 million shares and will be done soon.

however, that does not address the increase in OS; that is new from WRFX. is that part of the new Reg A?

we really need to understand what WRFX burn rate and OS increase rate assuming no significant revenue. This is a legitimate question i wish they would answer for us.
